Installation Instructions:

To get the best hold on the window, make sure that there is no moisture, dirt or air between the suction cups and the window. The window should be clean and dry. For each suction cup, apply a very light coat of cooking oil and wipe away any excess. Choose a location for the feeder and press feeder firmly into the window until the suction cups lay flat up against the glass and slide feeder down until you feel the suction cups have grabbed the window.

Cleaning Instructions:

To keep your feeder clean, wash the seed platform on a regular basis with warm soapy water. Add a capful of each, bleach and liquid detergent, to one quart of water and rinse thoroughly. Use window cleaner and a soft cloth on the plastic panels. Do not use hot water or paper towels.
