Scotts Turf Builder Heat-Tolerant Blue Mix Grass Seed has a special mix of Scotts exclusive Thermal Blue Kentucky Bluegrass to make it thrive in very hot and dry conditions. Designed to grow 33% denser per square foot than regular tall fescue. Grass will stay green in hotter, dryer temperatures and easily spreads to help repair your lawn. Contains a special coating that makes it moisture absorbent and helps it to retain moisture. Grows quicker than uncoated seed and is 99.99% free of weeds. Apply seed in the fall or spring and when temperatures are range from 60°F to 80°F. Size is 3 lbs.
